To day is rest day, worked on Dolphin animation and E book in college.
training was good yesterday but tough and I think that was partly because I was tierd, 6 days of hard training . You can tell I put the training programme together this week, no rest days. As always my trainer is right my perforamance was slow due to it being the 6 day and rest.
But now for 2 days rest. My goal now is to run two full marathons back to back for chaity. This will be tough I am not a natural runner, nor built for running. I guess part of the training will be about how quickly I can recover to do the next marathon. Still I have a good trainer.
