As I have had a cold, I an recovering very slowly so just did a nimce slow training session, 20 mins on the bike and a little bit of core and balance.
It felt good, I took it easy.
I am not sure what I do tomorrow was suppose to be training with PT I think but he has not contacted me so I guess I will just take it easy again tomorrow.
Been thinking about my training plan for the 2 marathons, looking like Sunday upper body, Monday - Long run, Tuesday, - Lower body , Wednesday and Thursday - rest. Friday short run and stretch.
But we will see this can be flexible.
