Marathon training

Todays was a core interval day, working between doing planks and sits up, with 2 meters versa climber and 5 min intervals on bike x 4. Than balance on the wobble thing and a circuit of balances and cowbell swings designed by my trainer.

It was a good work out but it was a bit embarrasing, properly spelt that wrong I split my new pants, Oh dear I whispered to my friend and left the gym some what quickly, so no stretching.

It can only happen to me, kind of thing.

My friend is going to do the Manchester 10 k with me, I have entered it for the charity Ranibow A childrens charity.
I am running my two back to back marathons for this charity. I think about this challenge and wonder what have I done. My friend just stared at me open mouth. OH was all she said trust you.

So I continue on my way to run these two.
