Today it was a PT session with my trainer the same man that got me through weight loss and the last marathon. Upper body, quite a bit on shoulders and oh boy did those first exercises kill, I thought by set two there is no way I will do a set three. But I did, then on to chest and more shoulders my thoughts where but my arms will not raise above my head. THEY DID.
It was a teaching session I didnot realise that we start to burn fat much quicker when doing weights first, than in just pure CV. This was followed by Intervals I am not good on the treadmil but try
The stretch class its a good balance of stretch which I need for my hamstrings at the moment and strength.
