Gym Training

Its been a bit of an odd week for training, I was fed up on Tuesday but as Steve says and he was right, my training is Ad hoc due to the children being off and I can not focus or put together a propery training programme. But still I have done well to keep it going.

I want running from home yesterday it was a good 6 mile run and I ran well, but I find I tend not to warm up or stretch off as well as I do when I run from the gym, so today I paid for it with my hip playing up. I was out at 6am in the morning, and I missed the rain hard to do this year you usually get caught. By 7.30 I had showered and finished with exercise for that day. Only 6 more weeks or 5 training weeks until the 10K race.

Spin was a good class I enjoyed it but oh boy did my hip play up and its my own silly fault for not stretching off as well as I do when I run from the gym. I have fun in spin as I tend to go off in my own little world and look up and whilst I am busy peddling along in the rolling hills or down rivacre vally in to Eastham Village the rest of the class have sat back down in to their saddles or in some cases got out of thier saddles.
