Gym Training

Last weeks training Steve focused on leg strength development, not something we have done since my last ankle injury in March, so oh boy did I have sore legs,  by Wednesday night I was so so stiff, you would think after all the training and leg work stuff we did last year it would be near impossible for me to get stiff but well yes he got my legs.

The weekend was focused on upper body and versa. Tomorrow I hope to run 6 and that gradully build my speed and ability to do 6 ready for the Wirral 10K in 7 weeks time. If I complete that this year it will be an acchievemet considering the year of injuries I have had. Think last year I was running every week on one day at least 18 to 20 miles once a week , now I am struggleing to run 6.

I am looking forward to the paraolympics.
