The other day I got back up to running 5 miles, I ran the best 5 miles I have done in training for a bit not only did my ankle not play up but I did a good time for me.
Training has gone very well, perhapes I am inspired by the Olypmics I did not think I would be, but I love the Cycling and the rowing, the gymnastics and the runners. Its interesting the way the BBC have set this out as they look in to the training and how much work is done to get to the standarded to be in the Olypmics, the tears, the highs , the lows.
I have in the last week done a very good training week but yesterday in PT I was tierd and my performance dropped, but even so I worked hard and oh boy do my abs hurt today. So great that it is rest day today. I am hopping that I can finish the year which has been full of injuries with the ability to do a really good 10 k in the Wirral/ Liverpool marathon at the end of this year.
