3rd week of training or not still recovering from a bad chest. I was given the weekend off to rest, and then back quietly for heart rate training, but this did not really work as I was still trying to get over my chest infection.
The following two days where reduced training days, both by myself and with my trainer. But I am on the way to recover and we mapped out a training plan to get me back to full training and fittnes. A way forward.
The weather too has been against me and so not a lot of runing has been done.
