Marathon Training - 18 weeks to go

Training is slow, completed a heart rate bike session  the other day set by trainer , it always amazes me how as you get tierd how you have to adjust the speeds and strength levels down just to keep the  heart rate in the working zones.

These sessions are always long and yes boring but if you switch your mind in to gear they are good thinking times and the time then soon goes.

The Sunday spin class was packed, so had to opt for an all over gym session working upper. lower and core with Versa and bike intervals of 2mins each, and than a sprint three times three minutes vesra session.

So two different workouts done over the weekend. Still had too, have not yet seen trainer to confess to the chocloate biscuits I ate on Saturday, have not had choclote biscuits in over two years and Oh boy they where nice. Will take him the wrappers.  Ha Ha..
