Since Kellie want back to school and me at University and working towards the 10K race in October I have been pretty busy, and OH job hunting and working on own business.
This week I have really worked hard since last Wednesday and so glad I am now to rest in training for the next two days. The run on wednesday was good and my legs seems to be holding and getting stronger.
I asked for a hard PT and I got it, I do not think I have ever until that day said to him I can not. It was a good session but it was hard, make no doubts on that well to me it was. I wanted to do better.
Friday I really focused in spin and closed out the rest of the class to focus on what I had to do, it kind of linked in to the training we did the day before about getting in to the zone, focusing.
Yesterday I tried a new spin class, the instructor had as working in keeping a steady rate through out the class, a bit like marathon distance training, but at a lower level. It was a nice class.
Today was just running again yes I can do the distance and the foot seems to be holding, but I feel like we are so close to the race and that really now I would like to do another run in the week to work on improving the run if this seems right.
