Angry Teddy idea 2

For this idea I took out the backgruond the background are just the colours he goes in and out of.

Teddy Bear Angry /insane

For this project I wanted to make the bear walk with a funny limp, lunges along he is not right.
He growls, his eyes are going from side to side, he stomps up the street, hides behind trees , blends in to a wall, becomes the wall, finds another old bear left in the dark street, picks it up and he is that bear.

The colours of the background relect his unstable state of mind.

Run training

As I head towards Xmas and that wonderful time of the year when you tend to eat too much, I did a great 10 miles on Saturday, it really was a good run and the weather was great, sunny but not hot and not really cold.

Sunday Spin class was excellent, if not hard, but the trainer reputation is one for hard work so it was expected. I felt really good after it.

This week than sees an evening session of lower body strength work and a core session on Wednesday.
So I think training is going ok.

Gym Training

This weekend saw me back in the gym getting in the training, with core and versa on Saturday. Versa is getting easier even the training session Steve puts me through on the Tuesday was not really very hard.

Spin on Friday I have not done for a bit and Steve does not do an easy class so yes it was punishing trying to get back in to it, but good. Yesterday was an 8.5 mile run, this is the longest run I have done in a few months and oh boy could I feel it towards the end. Its getting back in to that mental frame of mind as well as doing the long runs.
